Well, the first suspect we have is: I have no previous experience in the online store.

It is all about building trust and developing the relationship with your customer and there can be few days when people come to your site but they don't purchase anything, it is because you need to seduce the customers with some kind of offer like a free giveaway or could be some kind of deal instead.

The last culprit could be, you don't have a physical store

If you don't have experience in handling customers( like face to face) then it is a little bit hard to maintain your business. if you are selling the product physically on your store, then you have some idea how to make a purchase and how to handle customers too.
